Was born in 1968 June 22 in Taganrog.
In 1985 he graduated from Taganrog school №10.
In 1993 he graduated from TSURE on the specialty 0707 "Radio Engineering Systems" with honor. From 1993 he has worked in the MPS department of TSURE. From 1995 to 1998 he was a post graduate student of TSURE. In 1998 Maximov A. defended the Ph. D. thesis of candidate of engineering science and continued to work as assistant of the MPS department. From 1999 he has worked as the associate professor.
Maksimov A.V. is the author of more than 50 scientific papers and reports, 15 methodic books and textbooks, he has an patent for invention.
